1. Returns

• To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no additional damage or alterations.
  • The item must be returned with the original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.
• Returns due to change of mind are accepted only if the product is unused and sealed.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part).

3. Replacements & Exchanges

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
• In case the same item is not available, you may choose an alternative product or request a refund.

4. Warranty Coverage

• All refurbished devices sold by RebornUAE come with a 30 Days limited warranty (details provided with the product).
• The warranty covers hardware defects not caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

• Gift cards & vouchers
• Software or digital products
• Items showing signs of misuse, modification, or unauthorized repair
